Dear colleagues, here are the steps of how to claim to SEPE in case of:
- being paid incorrectly because of your percentaje in “certificado de empresa” is wrong
- being paid incorrectly because of your base reguladora is misscalculated
- not being paid for your children
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
In this email you will find with 8 files attached.
- The communication
- The agreement signed by company and unions (needed to attach in case of sending any of the first 2 claims)
- Three claims with their correspondent 3 instructions.
Look for the claim that you need and its instructions. And just do what is writen there, its easy and simple.
NO NEED TO SEND ANY COPY TO SITCPLA.
JUST SEND IT TO SEPE.
